Fiesta Mexicana (Haddon Township): My name is Rogelio and I am the Chef/Owner of Fiesta Mexicana Restaurant. I was born and raised in Puebla, Mexico. I immigrated to America, with big dreams of opening a restaurant. I started working at Westmont dinner as a bus-boy. Customers were always impressed by the way I treated them; they were like family to me. I was always known by Rios. From that point on I began my long journey. I started working at Adelphias as a cook, I learned a lot and I gained experience in Greece cuisine. I was offered a job in Villa Barone, my knowledge of food increased and I decided from there that I was ready. In November 2008, my wife Paulina and I opened Fiesta Mexicana Restaurant in Haddon Township, NJ. We thank the community for welcoming us!
